How This Journal Began

I created the Seeds of Faith Journal for my mother who wanted to strengthen her daily connection with God. As she aged, she found that writing down her thoughts and prayers helped her focus despite the memory challenges she was facing.

She told me, "When I write down what God is teaching me, I can go back and remember His faithfulness even on days when my mind feels foggy."

What started as a simple set of pages for my mother soon became something friends at her church requested copies of. They found that the guided format made daily devotion accessible, especially during difficult seasons of life.

Many women like my mother have discovered that taking just a few minutes each day to reflect on scripture and write down their thoughts brings unexpected clarity and comfort.
